- Advertisement copy shall be legal, honest, truthful and decent; should comply with the British Code of Advertising and any other Codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority, and comply with current legislation.
- Horse Fayre publishes advertisements provided by the advertisers, but makes no representation to the truth, accuracy or description of any photographs or statement contained in them.
- Horse Fayre accepts no liability for any loss suffered by any person as a consequence of reliance on advertisement content or other material published.
- Horse Fayre reserves the right to alter any advertisement it considers necessary.
- Horse Fayre reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and advises advertisers to check the content of their advert for errors as Horse Fayre assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions.
- The cancellation of advanced booking will incur a 10% fee,
- 7 days notice is required for cancellation of adverts.
- The placing of an advert / order is deemed acceptance of the above conditions, any other terms & conditions by any other agency shall be void and only Horse Fayre condition will apply to any advertisement.
- advertisements by people seeking to sell goods in the course of a business must make it clear by using the word TRADE or capital T, this is to comply with the Business Advertisement (Disclosure) order 1977.
- Refunds or substitutions cannot be given on canceled adverts which have already been published on our internet web site.
